SynaMark keeps your configuration, images and directory data inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, so no third party processes that data on our behalf.
The providers below support the parts we do operate: the application code, the marketplace endpoints, this website and our email. Each is bound by written data protection terms. We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a provider that handles personal data; email privacy@kamsoft.tech to subscribe to notices.

Not sub-processors
- Your Microsoft 365 tenant (Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Outlook) is operated by Microsoft under your agreement with Microsoft. SynaMark runs there on your behalf; we have no access to it.
- Microsoft Marketplace handles purchasing and billing as an independent controller under Microsoft's own terms.
