The problem
Signature tools were built for a desktop-only world.
IT teams inherit slow add-ins, inconsistent branding and no answer for mobile. SynaMark is built on the modern Outlook add-in platform instead.
Legacy add-ins freeze Outlook
COM add-ins and synchronous Graph calls on compose block the user while they wait for a signature.
Mobile is left out
Native roaming signatures do not reach iOS and Android, so a large share of mail leaves unbranded.
